I really do hate thinking of a title sometimes. I'm not trying to sound all negative...just sometimes...a title isn't necessary. That is my small rant. :-)

This is 14.2 pounds...the amount of weight that I have lost in 4 weeks.
This is me and my face that I think I can tell... just a tiny bit...that is smaller.
